WHAT IS AVA?

Our focus will be to achieve, “Excellence Through Knowledge”. At AVA, we want to aide your daughters in teaching them how to gain excellence through consistent training and goals setting on and off the court. AVA players will gain the mental and physical attributes to achieve short and long term goals. Winning and Losing is an attitude, not the score at the end of the game. It will be very important for our staff to focus on teaching their team how to deal with Adversity in a positive manner. Positive reinforcement will be the engine that drives us to excellence.
